Young rider Sally and Spring have enjoyed already much success, winning Championships at Preliminary and Novice level in dressage, as well as many breed classes at shows. Testament to Spring's lovely obliging nature and Sally's “joie de vivre”, the pair often have fun away from the dressage arena at the beach, Pony Club , riding in the bush and even doing photo shoots for modelling advertisements - Pictured below.

Hollingrove Chantilly  (Carbine x Hollingrove Samoa)

HOLLINGROVE CHANTILLY - Campaigned with success as a 3 and 4yo going on to qualify and compete at DWTS.

Chantilly took some time off her dressage career to become a mum and produced a beautiful colt by the renowned sire Sandro Hit.  Her outstanding pedigree has made Chantilly an excellent riding horse and broodmare ... perhaps the best is still yet to come!

Hollingrove China Doll (Carbine x APH Feuerchen)

HOLLINGROVE CHINA DOLL - A quality chestnut filly around 16.1hh .  China Doll is by the imported sire Carbine whose progeny are competing very successfully in dressage and are noted for their good temperament and trainability.  Her dam is APH Feuerchen by the Trakehner, Zwion (imp) x Feuerspiel (imp) and China has inherited a beautiful Trakehner head.

This is the dam-line of the highly successful Grand Prix dressage horse Centaur, along with other greats such as Neversfelde Feuer, Weltwunder E and the 1997 International Prix St Georges Challenge winner Legal Tender.

China Doll's new owners Alister and Emma McMahon report that she is now placing at Prelim/Novice level in the tough Sydney dressage scene.

Hollingrove Eve (Escudo1 x Stirling Lip Sip n' Suck)

HOLLINGROVE EVE - Right from the time of conception, Eve has been an exciting prospect and is growing up to be everything her pedigree promised.

Her dam is a Grand Prix producer with the imported stallions Salute and Benito in her pedigree.  Eve's sire, Escudo 1 is well respected from the limited opportunities he had in his short stud career.

Eve's wonderful bloodlines and potential to make a very positive contribution to the future generations at Hollingrove Stud has meant that we have retained this filly to compete in partnership with a successful Grand Prix Showjumping rider.  We intend producing foals using embryo transfer and Eve will become a brood mare in conjunction with her competition career - the wonders of modern technology!!!

Eve is broken to saddle and showing exceptional talent over a fence. We look forward to seeing her compete at next year's DWTS 4 YO. Show jumping class. - exciting times ahead!

Hollingrove Eve did very well at D&JWTS (March 2011) - she placed 5th in one class and was 6th overall in the 4yo Australian Young Jumping Horse Championship.  We were thrilled with her achievements as it was only the 3rd time that she had been out anywhere (one training day and one comp. previously) so it was all very new to her.  Greg Best commented to one of the stewards that he would take home 2 horses out of the 4yo class- the winner and Eve! He also noted that she improved in every class, and this is all that could be asked of a young horse!

This talented Escudo show jumping mare Hollingrove Eve is now jointly owned and competed by Murray and Julie Sproull continues to impress and recently placed at one of the major shows. We look forward to having her compete in the 5yo class at 2011 D&JWTS.

Our Jumping mare and National Talent Squad member , Hollingrove Eve (Escudo1/Salute) continues to impress with placings at several  shows and we look forward to her participation at D&SJWTS in 2012.

Hollingrove Sasha (Sandro Hit x Hollingrove Fallon)

HOLLINGROVE SASHA - was also purchased by Kate Barton
and her partner Ben and they have had a most successful start to her competition career winning Supreme Champion Hanoverian at the AWHA Show in WA.  Sasha is set for a very bright future with a wonderful pedigree that makes her an outstanding  broodmare and sensational riding horse.

Sasha produced a super moving, liver chestnut filly by Farewell 11 this season and is now in foal to Kate's stallion DWTS 2010 star, Royal Oak 11.  Kate said, "We are considering the option of putting Sasha back under saddle after her  next foal is weaned, as she showed so much potential as a riding horse!"
